Rhythm & Roots is a free 3-day celebration of Asian heritage, culture, and creativity is the first of its kind in Saskatoon. The inaugural Rhythm & Roots Asian Festival and Night Market was in August 2025 and shined a spotlight on the rich diversity, cultural heritage, and creative energy of Saskatchewan’s Asian-Canadian communities. More than just a celebration, it’s a platform for connection and storytelling—especially through the voices of youth and emerging cultural leaders who are shaping the future of Asian representation in the province. From traditional dances and live performances to food, and family-friendly fun, Rhythm & Roots brings together the best of old and new in a vibrant indoor-outdoor experience you won’t want to miss!
